In these Terms, “Ishdhun”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the owner and operator of ishdhun.shop. “You” and “customer” refer to the person using the website or placing an order.

1. About Us

Ishdhun is an online store based in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. We sell physical pooja and religious products such as puja kits, diyas, bells, kalash, idols and other worship essentials. We sell only within India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • We try to show product colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible. Actual products may differ slightly from images because of lighting, screen settings, or handmade or natural finishes.
  • Our products are for worship, decoration and religious use. We do not claim or guarantee any spiritual, astrological, health or financial result from any product.
  • Product availability may change without notice.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.

5. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it by message, call, WhatsApp or email.
  • We may contact you to confirm your order, especially Cash on Delivery orders. If we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order because of stock unavailability, an incomplete or incorrect address, suspected fraud, or repeated refusal of delivery.

6. Payments

We accept:

  • Online payments: UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking, through secure third-party payment gateways
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): available on eligible orders and pincodes

We do not store your card or bank details. All online payments are processed by our payment partners under their own security standards.

Discount codes (such as prepaid offers) apply only under their stated conditions. They cannot be combined unless mentioned, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India through courier partners.
  • Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delays caused by couriers, weather, festivals or other events beyond our control may happen.
  • Please give a correct and complete address and phone number. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect details.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. COD Refusal

Refusing a Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason causes us shipping losses. We may disable COD for customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries.

10. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • place fake orders or give false information
  • try to hack, disrupt or damage the website
  • copy, reproduce or reuse our content, images or brand without written permission

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Ishdhun name, logo, text, graphics and images, belongs to Ishdhun or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ishdhun is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
